Interview
Initial screening process involves inviting resumes of all the candidates
Then there is only one round of interview, fairly long interview [45-50 minutes]
Interview tests your knowledge on basic financial concepts thoroughly
The interviewers are extremely knowledgeable and grill you a lot on a particular sector you have worked on during your internships/jobs
The interview is kind of a stress interview wherein one interviewer starts questioning even before you have answered a question posed by other interviewers

Starting from background, deeper discussions related to CV, asked to pick one sector of choice then further questions on that sector. I chose oil and gas, they asked about Grm, process of refining since I'm engineer. Overall it was good.
