Very nice people, interview on the informal side, more about getting to know me than testing expertise (eg, with pre selected questions). 4-5 interviews total (recruiter, VP of HR, medical director and VP of research, team members, company founder)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IDDI (Durham, NC) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview experience at IDDI was very positive. There was a 30 min video interview with a recruiter the first week. The second week there was an in office interview with HR and the USA VP. I enjoyed all three interviews and learned from the experience. The process overall was clear and timely. Although they filled the position with a different candidate, I feel that IDDI would be an excellent company to work for.
