IDEX interview questions

I got on a call with the hiring manager and the team manager. We talked about my relevant experience and general interview questions. They also asked a few open ended puzzle question unrelated to the job.

The first interview was a 45 min teams meeting. The second and final interview was on site for 3-hours! After the final round, I was asked to submit references. I submitted references the following day, all my references were called. Three weeks went by with no communication. Finally, upon inquiring again I was informed that the position was filled internally. Horrible communication and no respect for candidates time.
