I met with the Director of Human Resources and Technical Director for a short discuss and questions. Then, I preceded with the Technical Director for specific technical and job responsibility questions and a plant tour. I was called back for the second round of interviews. The second interview, I met with the same first two people shorty, then continued on to meet with the lead peer formulator and the Quality Control Manager. Both people helped to define the role and culture of the company.
