Interview
Had phone interview and two face to face interviews and no replies afterwards. HR don't even bother to reply/send rejection letter for candidate that went through second interview. Inconsiderate employer that treats interested job applicants as dispensable. Do note when you're applying for this company.
Entire interview process took 5 months from initial application. Phone screen with recruiter, teams video call interview, and then individual on-site interviews all day. Unnecessarily dragged out process in my opinion.
Phone interview with multiple people who were a combination of peers, supervisors, team members who I would lokely work with. All very nice people, very informative reharding job responsibilities, how they work as interdisciplinary teams.
