Theu give you a call, have a chat see if you are sutiable for job, invite you in do a few tests and then off you go. It's all very simple and straightforward.
A role playing exercise followed by an a erage interview. It was a group interview setting where we all had to participate. We were told on the day if we were successful

Very lengthy for a zero hour contract role.
Upon application i was asked for any condition covered by Equalities Act however no reasonable adjustments offered prior to interview
Assessment went over slides that we were asked to study, death by powerpoint and not really needed, perhaps focus more on GDPR and less on slides we have already read
I think the auto fail is a bit harsh, i know i could do the job however i was put down as a fail due to the background noise meaning i and others could not hear well.
