2 rounds: first one focused on economics questions from the chosen speciality, almost like an oral exam (30 minutes) Second round: presentation of a paper plus discussion about it, as well as some more unrelated economics questions in all also some soft skill questions

The interview process typically consists of a work exercise, first round interview, second round interview and offer. The work exercise is drafting a policy brief on a particular paper. They also tested understanding of STATA.
