I was really excited to interview for this position but unfortunately I was disappointed. After a pre-interview test and 90-minute panel interview, I would expect to at least get a simple email about selection. After following up twice with the hiring manager I was working with, I go no response. It wasn't until I checked my UW applicant portal that I saw I was not selected. It is extremely unprofessional, in my opinion, to ditch applicants after the interview stage.

I applied and was asked for an interview about 2 weeks later. The interview was remote for 1.5 hours with 3 different people separately (2 managers and a data specialist to understand more of technical ability). About 3 weeks after the interview, I received an email they went with other candidates.
