Interview
The interview process was pretty much straight forward and completely technical. It was a conference call with two stakeholders of the start-up company. They asked me in and out of the PHP open source and my experience on different frameworks. I think they liked my earlier work as they verified it in the interview and at the same time trying out the websites I worked on. They were happy and the second day they offered me a good position and package.

Question 1
The question was some thing like the solution to their current problem. They asked me a solution for combining the features of one open source product in to another and how to host and access it from open vpn dipository. It was a combination of technical and architectural question.
