Applied online, no referral. Full process took ~3 weeks, with some check in website that showed what step I was on. Office tour after offer, all online interviews. People were generally nice and were more interested in process than anything else.

1) recruiter with behaviorals and one easy card game EV style question, 2) technical with probability and "sports betting" and 3) superday with three rounds, two technical one behavioral
Fairly standard green book style questions, 1st round then virtual superday with card games. It moved fairly quickly as well, I completed the entire process within 3 weeks. Interviewers were friendly and helpful throughout.
