Applied through college careers website. Got an on-campus interview (first round) soon after. The interviewer came more than half an hour late to the interview, but to be fair, he had a long drive. The interviewer spent most of the time explaining the position and the company. He then asked some basic fit questions. The position is basically sales, so you have to show interest in sales.
I was asked to come to the company branch in Boston, where I did a second round interview. One of the representatives spends about half an hour to an hour describing the company, the position, and the compensation package. The gist of it is that you are rewarded by the amount of clients and business you bring to the company. If you do well, you can get paid as much as 70G+, if not, then the basic salary of less than 40G.
Immediately after this presentation, I did a 1-1 interview with the presenter, in which he asked questions about my resume, why I wanted the position, etc. It was very conversational, and it felt like he was trying to understand how well I would fit in the sales position. I guess I didn't fit the sales description because I didn't get the offer.
