I applied online through ING's website. After that, I was send an online ability test and a personality test and finally I was called for an interview. It was with two people from the HR department. After the interview was over, I was given their feedback and their decision immediately.

Interview
Interviewed with a HR and previous trainee. They seem like interested in people with good programming skills. Although I didn't make it, but the process was clear and HR are helpful. Very nice experience interviewing there.

Experience with Python, disadvantage of personality
First there was online tests and after online tests they call for a HR interview. Classic questions but i find all the questions that ing usually asks. They didnt ask technical questions.
