Interview was on teams.
First, HR takes your CV and asks you questions about availabilities etc, then you met with the Associate for the 1h interview.

Do a Powerpoint about a company, Do 1 slide on company profile, 1 slide on Valuation
Interview that was mostly focused on fit, with some questions about commercial awareness. The people there were really kind and made the process run smoothly. The waiting time might depend on the role.
One video call just to e-meet, not technical questions just about me as a person then afterwards an in person interview similar to the video call no technical questions at all
