IOTAP interview questions

The interview process was quick and extremely informative. It's was about a 3 step interview process. The interviewer made the interview feel more like a conversation. I was given a thorough walk through about the company's operations, their morale and vision. Interviewing can be very nerve-wracking and intimidating, this process was the exact opposite.

Phone interview and then an in person interview. Phone interview was general questions with an assistant. In person interview was with owner it was difficult as there was either a language barrier or just a general failure to communicate. Questions were not clear as to what the questioner was actually asking. May have been a tactic.
