Recruiter screening lead to a 30 min with the hiring manager, which wasn't exciting, but OK... I was given an assignment that was in-depth and required a lot know work and knowledge to complete. Questions around demand planning, timeline management, packaging, etc. - seems like a nice way to get free ideas and work from people. I then interviewed with 3 people, 1 of which was the hiring manager (again). Interviews were OK, but seemed judgy. Hiring manager tore apart the assignment and continued to rapid fire questions my way. Again, free work, free ideas, seems with no intention to hire... Overall, it was unfortunate to have my time wasted with the interviews and the assignment that I spent time and effort on. To be questioned the way I was seems inappropriate for a job interview AFTER the fact that such an assignment was submitted. I would be weary of these interviews....
