I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA in Dec 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter a day after applying to the position online. She conducted a brief phone screen and then we scheduled a time for an interview the following week. That interview was conducted over Skype and lasted about 45min. The questions were about my therapeutic experience as well as some competency and behavioral/situational questions. I had a Skype video interview a few days later with 2 CRA managers. This interview was more intense, lasted about an hour and contained more behavioral and competency questions (think CTCAE and RECIST). My recruiter called me with a verbal offer a week later and I had a written offer letter by the next day. From application to offer, the entire process took a little over 2 weeks.
