My recent interview experience was extremely disappointing. The HR initially mentioned that they are different from other companies and promised to provide feedback within an hour. However, if you’re not selected, you won’t receive any response at all no call, no email, not even after following up for several days. As for the interview itself, it felt more like a formality than a genuine evaluation. The interviewers simply gave a problem to solve and showed no engagement throughout, which made the interaction feel cold and unproductive. In the end, I was rejected without any constructive feedback or closure.
