IRISS, Inc. interview questions

I applied online and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. Drove an hour to their offices for interview with husband and wife owners and VP of engineering. I was already familiar with one owner, Martin. Lots of basic questions you get in every interview. They were really into contacting my references. Never drug tested. Make sure you ask them about their travel policies. The force their employees to cover expenses and get reimbursed 14-30 days later. Ask them about high turnover. They go through a lot of talent. Ask them what leadership model they use there.

interview process started with some problems which i should solve, after i solved the problems i moved to the next step which was a Skype interview with two technical members, they asked me some basic understanding of web development including Django questions, and gave me a problem to solve without code the final interview was with one of the managers he asked me about php and then gave me a problem to solve without code
