I've interviewed with many companies in the ATX area and this one was, BY FAR, the worst experience. After completing a 45 min online assessment it was followed up by a 4 min 30 second "phone interview". I felt very unappreciated/ rushed like a support ticket that needed fixing. Even if I was called upon for an in- person, I would have declined.

Question 1
She literally read the job description to me and asked how I addressed all of the requirements...
Horrible experience so far as it seems HR must not know what they are doing, They ask the most random, unrelated questions. So far the process is very backwards and frustrating.

Question 1
"What's worst? Prostitution or poisoning the city water?"
I applied online. I interviewed at IT Freedom (Austin, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
Took a personality Survey, then had an over the phone interview where I was asked basic troubleshooting questions which include scenario's and common port numbers. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview with both the CEO and Help Desk supervisor where I was asked about my background and given a few more scenario questions alongside of questions regarding problem solving that I've dealt with in the past. After the interview, I was offered the position the next day and was given a good amount of time to relocate to Austin.
