It included general aptitude test then followed by a gd and personal Interview. The test was mostly checked your logical reasoning, quant and data interpretation.The gd topics were related to supply chain as they came for operations profile.

Very detailed, around one hour process each. Covers holistic thing right from background to education to work ex.
One needs to be through with CV and profile and confident to crack the process. Be honest and ask question if in ambiguity. Since it is brand like ITC know about the strength and weakness of brand. And have a broad idea about brand portfolio.
