ITS Technology Group interview questions

The interview process included an initial phone screening with HR, followed by a total of three rounds of interviews. Two of the interviews were conducted onsite at the company. Overall, the process was well organized and professional. One of the most impressive parts of the experience was the communication from an HR team member named Marc. His emails were very detailed and comprehensive. In addition to providing the basic information such as interview time and location, he also included helpful tips to prepare for the interview, an overview of the interview flow, and even the names and roles of the interviewers. This made the process much clearer and reduced a lot of uncertainty. It was very helpful and showed a high level of professionalism from the HR team.
