I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Idaptive (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interviewer is friendly and they do not expect you to know everything.
They would like to know if you are capable of learning the product.
There was a test that needed to do as well.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Idaptive (Santa Clara, CA)
Interview
The process was unstructured, there were some on the team that were smart and asked good questions that went to see if I were a good fit for the team. Then there was one interviewer who decided that he was a lecturer and was very aggressive in his question asking. That was not appreciated. Also, this sort of "I can find that out on Google" type questioning really makes me wonder about the level of qualification on this individual.
