Straight forward interview process, as to be expected with a startup company. Dealt directly with the founders. Approximately four interviews in total, the whole process took around 3 weeks. Initial calls with direct line manager/founder/, and then a final call with the other founder and head of sales.

Question 1
Again, nothing unexpected. Predominantly the standard:
- Reasons for wanting to join
- Motivations
- Working history
They have an initial 20 minute chat (lasted longer than that) and then a simulated work exercise to complete at the offices, present to staff and a few more interviews. Never got back to me after the initial chat even after I chased it
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Idea Drop (Bermondsey, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
Extensive 3 stage interview process which I found to be quite thorough for a start-up, but it was really rewarding to be offered the job afterwards!
First stage was a phone screening, second stage was a face to face with two of the Management Team and third stage was a panel interview.
