The senior management will conduct the interview and the are not having in depth knowledge technically . Company will not provide the bonus and working extra hours . they do not help for the certification and also company does not provide the traveling expensives

Very professional way of conducting interview. After interview we had a formal HR round and thorough BGC. They have given sufficient time for joining and given proper induction as well

Not a lot of process, they recruit reccomendation or from campuses. They mostly only do phone interview. They also provide training, and accomodation during the training period. They help you prepare while facing the clients.
