I applied in-person. I interviewed at Image API (Midland, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very comfortable, met with five people and two of them I interviewed with at least two additional times. I went through a temp agency to select the job, then I met with the HR Manager onsite, the I had several interviews with the Director of Operations, Director of HR, the two of the three Project Managers and a Consultant. Once that was completed I took at personality test and them was asked to interview again.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Image API (Portland, OR) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was met with a manager who firstly asked why would I even apply for this position not a fun experience and made me doubt my pursuit immediately . Then she told me it pays poorly, pretty much belittled the company but I had gotten laid off and need a job as soon as possible.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Image API (Tallahassee, FL) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was quick and brief. It was, supposed to be a group interview, that, in my case, became a series of interviews allocated to within a single day. The process itself was very reasonable given that the team is altogether very tightknit. Everyone helps each other and thereby the importance of being able to fit the needs of the team requires thorough review. It was consisting primarily of four parts: a general interview, a general IT interview, a technical interview, and an HR interview.
