The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in May 2012
Interview
After going in to talk to the manager on the status of my application, he set me up for an interview for a few days later. The first interview consisted of him and I sitting down at a table outside, and him asking about my hobbies, schooling, why I wanted to work there, and why he should hire me over the competition. After finishing this interview, he set me up with another interview a few days later with the GM.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
