Interview
The interview process was pretty extensive. I had three interviews within just a few days with the three different managers of the store. I prepared for harder questions that would be asked in the interviews but the questions were mostly based on being able to handle the fast past work environment at in and out and how my previous work experience can help me suceed at in and out.
A couple of questions that they ask and then they ask your availability. Employee was a little late getting to interview me but otherwise fine. Very friendly. Not much else to say about it.

Interview
Informal sit down in a nearby restaurant that was part of the chain. Interviewees were scheduled about 30 minutes apart. Basic questions about experience and job history. I was told that many applicants had applied for this job. I noticed based on the current employees and the hiring manager that there is a preference for taller, younger people - quite obvious.
