I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Yuba City, CA)
Interview
Interview consisted of 3 interviews on different days over a two week period. This was for a new store opening and thus we had almost 1,000 applicants. The first two interviews were housed inside a hotel conference room where tables were set up for many managers to interview candidates one-on-one. They mostly cared about my performance in high school, including academics and extracurricular activities. They asked about what sports I played, what my interests were, and overall tried to identify my personality to see if I was a good fit for the culture of the company. The third interview was with the actual store manager for the newly opening store, as well as another person who I'm sure is the hiring manager for that division in California. I really enjoyed the interview process as I fit the culture well. Most of the people I came in contact with had a great personality, was well-rounded, and enjoyed having a laugh.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
The interview was rather informal. There was no contact prior to meeting, I simply brought my resume and 20 minutes later was in the interview. The questions were half business related and half personal life questions as if they wanted me to fit into their entire atmosphere.
