I used a friend who was a current employee as a reference in my online application and received a call a couple days later to interview. I was interviewed by a higher level associate and came back two days later to be hired by the store manager.

All questions were pretty simple. They just want to know what kind of person you are and, most notably, if you are high energy and friendly.
