You go through 3 interviews if they like you. The process took maybe a week's time. Just smile and be upbeat and they'll love you! I applied online and got a call back 4 days later. They were very open, happy, and love to talk.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

Interview
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
