I have already worked for the company in the past. But my INITIAL interview went something like this. Turned in ap, saw a manager right away. Now you have to apply online. But when I first met with one of the managers, the questions were short, but I took the change to offer more info, and talk more. To him that showed initiative and drive, and energy. A few days later I met with the Store manager and was asked when I could start. The store managers pretty much rely on the other managers interview, and don't typically ask too many questions.
