I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
The guy who interviewed me wasn't prepared at all. He wasn't taking notes and wasn't asking any interview questions. He just wanted my work history in full detail, but the way he was asking me made it seem like he didn't believe any of my answers. He seemed very condescending and judgemental. I wouldn't have accepted a job there anyway. It gave me incredibly weird vibes. What's the point of an interview if you're not going to get to know the person who wants to work for you??
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They just wanted me to list the jobs I've had. Nothing else.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
