2 manager interview process. Simple, quick and easy. They really like people who can smile and who are charismatic and friendly. They want to know that you are going to fit in to the culture and get along with the team oreinted atmosphere. You usally start with a lower manager and end with the store mAnager
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
