The very first thing they asked me to do was take a, legitimately, 500 question personality test to be completed in exactly 45 minutes, timed. Then they reviewed it with me on the spot to define my personality based on whatever bias they possess. With my personality being questioned and resolved within their standards (based on a review by an accountant) within about 5 minutes, they decided to pass on the hiring. If I knew the last name of the hiring manager I would’ve sued.
