Very poor communication. Last minute notice about what will be covered in interview. Not very professional way to conduct interview. Interviewer was late and recruiter had to pull them in. Everything seemed chaotic

Even for a senior role, the question was 'do you actively code and deploy to production, on a regular basis?' - No - then bye. This could have been screened by the recruiting person and not waste the candidate's time.
