Incommunities interview questions

I would say that the interview process was well structured and relaxed. It was explained to us there would be three activities to take part in and then a group lunch. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Chat with Incommunities staff, current apprentices. Then induction watched screen video about Incommunities the company, values and culture. After split into groups first customer using phone what would you in that situation. Next break, then next group task ship wreck team work. Finally after lunch the last tasks was Networking candidates answered questions from around 8 Incommunities staff members. At the end candidates chatted with incommunities construction workers working in a specific trade. For example me applied for a joiner so spoke with the joiners . Others applied for plumbing, electrical they spoke with their trade workers. Then the Recruitment Apprentice Day ended. I am interested in joining your company as Apprentice Joiner. I know your company want to achieve to be know as how you put your customers first and be recognised a­s le­ading the w­ay with your customer-driven ­appro­ach. My feedback would be to improve your interview process is the Networking was brilliant, but you could give candidates more time to the answer questions. As when the time was up candidates' had to move on half way though answering the last question.
