Description At Incommunities, our customers are at the heart of our business.

Working to provide great homes in great neighbourhoods, we manage more than 22,600 homes across Yorkshire – predominately in the Bradford district – and are proud to collaborate with our customers, communities, local and national stakeholders to achieve this.


Following the appointment of our Chief Executive in 2021 , we have re-defined our strategic priorities to ensure everything and everyone at Incommunities is aligned to our core business goals.

Linked to the strategic priorities is our two year plan which starts with getting back to basics and ensuring change is built on strong foundations.

As part of our journey we have successfully created a new executive team who will lead and deliver on our strategic goals. The next key step is to build teams who will play a pivotal role in ensuring we build communities and homes that people are proud to live in.
