IndiGrid interview questions

1st HR round, generally a 15-20 minute phone interview. the most common question asked like -Qualification, Experience. 2nd round, via video call by regional manager, focus on job-specific questions, explanation of experience. 3rd round, via video call by Senior VP asking about deep technical question.

Interview took place at 2 levels - hiring manager and the function head. Hiring manager asked questions around my past experiences and was mostly technical. Function head asked questions to understand my attitude and culture fit. Both the discussions took around 30-45mins. The interview outcome was communicated in 3-4 days.
