Indigo Ag really takes a lot of time to try and get to know you as a person. After the initial phone call interview, the on-site interview is very thorough and in-depth. You will likely get to talk with multiple people on the team one-on-one. I was asked a lot about my soft skills, what I am passionate about, and what I want to get from this position/experience.

Interview
The interview process involved 2 phone interviews followed by 5 half-hour interviews in person with various people. One HR, one by the person holding the position, two by future managers, one with an unrelated person on a different team in a different office.

If you were told to look up grain silo management systems, what would be your research process?

Interview
After a phone screening, expect to spend at least four hours on-site. You talk to a lot of people on the team and also have to do a WHO interview that covers your whole life and background. A lot of problem solving questions but other than that pretty standard.
