Had quick telephone interview with HR over the phone. A week later I met with CEO. About a week later I met with the GM. They hired another person but a month later, another PM quite so they called me and offered me the position.

Interview
The interview process involved initial dialogue via electronic mail. The dialogue went back and forth with the intent of the owners "knowing" that I was their person for the job. I did get invited to come in and see the building and meet some of the office staff as well as the people on the floor.
