Hiring manager gave me two options of places to work and what hours they were currently working. Told me to pick one and used information from my resume to determine an hourly wage and a position. There was no negotiating, however rates were decently generous and it is contract work. Admittedly though, it was pretty impersonal. However I guess it beats being lied to.

I walked into the ISC Group office and handed the clerk my resume. I proceeded to apply online at the computer in office. When i finished, the HR asked me to come to her office in the back. She asked me what day would I be available to start. I answered her to give me a week so i can notify my current job. The HR sent me to the safety council to be drug tested and background check. Started the job a week later and been with company ever since.
