I applied online. I interviewed at Information Tech Consultants (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was quite weird. The recruiter kept selling and pushing the position which can help the candidate gain a few years of experience. Definitely a red flag and I didn't proceed with the final interview

Application
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Information Tech Consultants (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
Online interview process with no human interaction. They usually send a link for recording interview. There are some questions that are recorded. And they sent online link to complete some tasks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Information Tech Consultants (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Had Hackerrank big data test and scored 100% without cheating or plagiarizing but the recruiter found a way to still tell they wont be taking me because i do not have a computer science degree, to which he had mentioned himself a day before sending technical coding link that my years of experience is perfect fit and first degree is not a problem. I feel this people use the interview process as a number racking game or just for formalities and they then find a flimsy excuse to not proceed with you
