Very unorganized. Waiting for about 45 mins. Walked around in circles. No one knew what was going on. Talked to 3 different personnel. No smiles. No handshakes.nothing.questions asked were ridiculous. Long , awkward , moments sat in silence.the whole process was very very long. Confusion is about the closest description, very unsatisfied
