InnoWise interview questions

Not at all professional. Almost 7 rounds of interview, with the same repetitive questions and feedback of a particular round, was not provided till 2 weeks. It took more than 40 days for them to decide wheater to hire me. After getting selected too, they were not transparent/never disclosed about the salary pay they are going to offer. Worst experience of interview till date. It's acceptable with the decision to select a candidate or not but playing with a candidate's time and experience is pathetic. Clearly They were taking advantage of the covid situation and candidate's helplessness. No moral, culture and professionalism. If you want to risk your life then you can join on your own peril.

Interview Process was straight forward. But, it include a written test with 10 sections covering different area from reasoning to technical. After clearing the written test one is called for technical interview and after clearing this the HR interview.
