Interview
Interview is common sense, it makes you feel comfortable to talk to the interviewer. They are warm and listens attentively. They are fair in asking questions. They do not force you to talk out things if they sense that you are getting uncomfortable. They don't discriminate. They don't look you down if you are economically poor or needy.
