Interview
It involved a written test about field scenarios. The questions are like What you will do if a respondent fails or refuses to give consent to the survey What will you do if the field car breaks down? When you are selected, there is training where some 2–3 people are eliminated, so one needs to pay attention since there is another test after training.

Interview
The interview was much easy since it was written and this was fair because there was no favoritism during the process.
