Innovecs Devops Engineer interview questions

One of the worst interview experience I've ever had. In November 2025 I had a screening call for the DevOps position. In December 2025 I was emailed by HR and asked how proficient I'm with Python, and If I would be able to pass a Technical Python interview. I was confused because Python tests doesn't help to measure DevOps experience, so I asked some clarifying questions but had no reply. In February I was emailed and proposed an interview with manager for TOMORROW and with ONLY one time-slot. I've accepted it. With a few hours before the interview, it was canceled and another time-slot was proposed. Tbh, this happened 3 times. All times interview was canceled due to the manager. I consider such behaviour unprofessional and seems company doesn't value time of interviewed people
