Inseego Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

After submitting my resume I was contacted a few weeks later by their recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I provided my availability for the remainder of the current week and the next week and did not hear back. Then the Tues the following week I get another email asking me for my availability which I once again provided. By the end of the week I did not hear back so I called the number on the recruiter's signature. While he did pick up, he seemed out of it, confused and disorganized. He proceed to ask me a few questions which were essentially bullets from the job posting. Whenever I attempted to explain my experience I would get cut off or he'd say something which really didn't make sense. If I asked a question back he would usually not answer and just ask another unrelated answer. If this is who they have recruiting for them I wish them luck on getting any decent candidates as it is probably just a shot in a dark at that point.
