They follow a pretty standard interview process. Each interview was 30-60 minutes with different people in their Professional Services area. A final interview with executive leadership helped round everything out.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insentra (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
They have a well defined interviewing process for hiring technical roles. The first interview is with the regional director. This is very much culturally based to ensure you are the right fit for one another. Second interview is with solutions architect, and you are very firmly put through your paces. Third interview is with PS director. Fourth interview is with CEO. All interviews are very open. Definitely more of a conversation and you are entitled and encouraged to ask as many questions. I asked quite a few questions at each stage and not once did I feel like a hinderance or was told we are running out of time. My interview with the CEO ran over time, nearly 2 hours. My first interview was Tuesday. My final interview was Thursday with an offer on Friday. Considering the resourcing required to get the senior members together, it was very impressive. Other companies this would have taken weeks. I actually help with the interviews now…
