It was the worst interview process I have ever experienced. I applied for their position on LinkedIn and was later contacted by HR, who provided information about the company. Then, they sent me a test case study that required me to create a horse racing program. The case had to be completed within two days, which was unrealistic. I had to work day and night to finish it. Within five days, they gave me a negative response. When I asked for feedback, they provided vague, non-specific comments (e.g., "more clean code," "use more TypeScript," "create more components," "there are bugs"). They expect error-free, written test codes within the given time, which includes creating horses (with color and condition), six race programs, and ensuring that all horses race with different colors and their results are listed after each race. And all of this was to be done in just 2 days. It was the worst hiring process where my efforts were not appreciated, and even negative feedback was not given properly.
